The Gates

Both 2-3 and 2-21 are filled with a long, confusing sequence of masonry gates and courtyards. Not only do the gates constantly rebuild and reshape themselves, they are also under a powerful space-bending enchantment. Upon entering one of these districts, there is a 50% (roll a 1-3 on a d6) chance that the party will end up unknowingly warped to the other district. This only works once a day, so the party can’t abuse it for quick cross-district travel.
